This glaze is not my own recipe. I found it on allrecipes.com I loved it for a change and it seemed to work for our guests too.
Start with 1/2 cup of brown sugar
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup mango chutney
2 teaspoons orange zest
1/8 cup of OJ
1/4 cup of dijon mustard.
Combine in a food processor. Just the right amount of sweetness and tang. There is some debate on that site as to whether it was too garlicky. I didn't find that at all.
Trust me. Add to the cooked ham and cook one hour with glaze on. Yummers.
