Great post. I never thought about how well it must build a child up to do something like this. Though, I can’t imagine my two girls in it, one cries when she bumps her toe on something and the other… well maybe she should be in it, she’s my wildflower, it would probably help her energy level. They are both in dance, gymnastics and are learning to skate. 🙂

We had Teagan signed up in a class when she turned 4 too. She’s taking a break from it right now, but I think she’ll go back before long. Big fan of martial arts for girls!
