My mom was one of those moms where we could just be watching television and would go “I want some fudge” and she would pop into the kitchen, whip it up under 15 minutes, stick it in the fridge. It would all take about 30 minutes. By the next television show we were sitting on the couch with spoons and a pan of homemade fudge.
