Are you always seeking ideas for more guided crafts for kids? Yes, me too. I think I may have mentioned this to some of you but my girls are crafters. My youngest loves to draw and clip and glue and cut and paste and construct things. My older daughter was a three year old craft monster when I finally signed her up for a pre-school of the arts so she could get more time being creative. I was no match for her energy and inspiration. This is a child who still to this day, at the age of 13, stops me on the way to the recycling bin and says: “don’t put that there I can use it to craft.” She’s like the MacGuyver of crafts.

And she makes the cutest stuff with some help from Pinterest. I myself enjoy the occasional craft but I would much rather bake. That’s my fun creative side. Baking, writing, reading, travelling.
