Crafty Kids

My teen is slightly obsessed with all things Pinterest. So, when it comes to crafts, and the like, she’s always hunting things down on Pinterest. To be clear, she’s obsessed with a lot of social media channels, not just Pinterest. But Pinterest has the best crafts and recipes and DIY ideas. So, this idea of making soap has really appealed to her for years now.

Yes, that’s right, my teenager is crazy crafty and always has been. Way, way, back in the days when she was a little bean I had to enrol her in Preschool because of the crafts. I couldn’t keep up with her crafting. It was nuts. I didn’t have any intention of having my entire day consumed by crafting since I also had a new baby at the time too.

She has been asking to get supplies to make homemade soap for awhile now. I put it off for a bit. But recently we decided it was simply time to get this done. So, I figured this one was worth sharing with my readers too.
