Kidz Bop 25 – Win Universal Studios Minion Contest
My kids are gigantic Kidz Bop fans, which makes me a Kidz Bop fan. I love the cheerful, familiar, tunes and family friendly lyrics.
Right smack dab in the middle of our snow day this week Kidz Bop 25 arrived. We might have cracked that CD open and danced a bit. Maybe. Snow days can be awfully boring especially when they are on the second snow day of the week immediately after a lengthy Christmas holiday. We just finished reviewing Kidz Bop 24 and Kidz Bop Christmas. You can read that review by clicking the link here. Kidz Bop 25 is available January 14th.
Kidz Bop 25 is my favourite so far, because of the selections on the CD. Katy Perry’s ROAR kicks this one off and naturally that pop tune has been playing since the summer here. My youngest is full on in love with that video. So the CD started off with a roar, I guess you could say.
From there, the adorable Best Song Ever headed right into Clarity. Wrecking Ball followed, and since there isn’t a person in their right mind who actually likes the Miley video, the Kidz Bop version of the song made me happy. Wrecking Ball is a really great example of why I love the Kidz Bop franchise as a parent. I like the tune and I can even appreciate the lyrics on Wrecking Ball, but I hate the video which is everywhere and totally inappropriate for kids.
Kidz Bop talented kids Ashlynn, Grant, Bredia and Matt make the songs all kid friendly. This adorable CD ends with What Does The Fox Say. and in the middle there is the Cup song.
