My other half and I try to do our best to look for products that will be easier on the environment. We also do not have a car, so we do a fair amount of walking or using public transit to get around town. These seem like small things, but we are doing our part to help the environment.

Its funny, something as simple as going for a walk does so mcuh to clear my mind. There is something about the ways of nature that make everything feel like its going to be ok. Right now its painful just getting kids to get shoes on and out the door, but one day we will be pros.

I have a friend who walks almost everywhere. I love getting out on walks with my kids or the whole family, it’s great to be outside & to just have each other to talk to !
