Soul Surfer is an inspirational true story of a teenager named Bethany Hamilton, who lost her arm in a shark attack and courageously overcame all odds to surf again. She brought hope to many worldwide who followed her story. She still does. This is a story for families, for teens and for older people too. It is the story of triumph, with a strong undercurrent of themes like faith, family, hope, determination and friendship. The film features an all-star cast, including AnnaSophia Robb in the role of Bethany, Helen Hunt, Carrie Underwood and Dennis Quaid.
