Where Do You Drink Your Water?

I am, as you all know, nothing, if not active. My kids do a whole mess of activities and I have a lot on the go. Husband does too, in fairness to him. So, when we remember we take our water bottles, they go everywhere. Beach. Check. Gym. Check, Hotel, check, Spa check. Martial arts. Check and pilates well of course, check. I try to be good at this remembering and eco attitude. Honestly it is a steep learning curve for me. I often wind up grabbing a Gatorade to race off to pilates or centergy. But water is my go to beverage. See, I am very much about convincing my kids to drink more water and to hydrate their little brains and bodies. This time of year, more than ever, it is important to have a reliable water bottle that is portable and sturdy and safe. This one by Rubbermaid fits the bill. It will help me to model the right attitude about drinking water in front of them. So, more tools, safe ones to maintain good health, that’s golden for me!
It fits cup holders, molds nicely to fit your hand and is ice cube friendly. BPA safe with a twist on cap and finger loop. Plus it cleans tap water on the go. I will take this on the weekend when we go somewhere. Any ideas? Holiday weekend here and I am planning to travel for fun and for a break. So this will be perfect.

I always take a water bottle in the car with me. I drink while I drive and then I have it wherever I’m going too.

I have to admit I have never been great at drinking water. I try to always order a water, as well as another beverage in a restaurant. I try to pour myself a glass of water at the dinner table. The place where I have recently found myself more recently reaching for my water bottle though is the gym. Have to keep hydrated there & as I am there 2-4 times per week, it is slowly becoming more of a habit.

Where don’t we is probably a better question. We have water bottles with us at the gym, school, in the car, camping, watching DH do sports/training, on the bikes, on a walk, at the mall, in the backyard, around the house and I’m sure I’m forgetting somewhere, but Miss R usually reminds me if I forget.
