Instructions
Cook turkey breast in the oven for as long as it takes. (This could be prepared earlier and sliced up or you might buy a package of ready to eat turkey breast strips.I have one local store here that I trust with really good quality turkey strips)
Slice turkey into small strips after deboning and removing the skin if you cooked your own turkey breast.
Boil water for the noodles and cook until del dente.
Rinse and drain noodles.
Pour into a lovely Fiesta Large covered casserole dish.
Add the water or milk
Add the shredded old cheddar and mix.
Add the chopped fresh tomatoes.
Add the peas.
Stir together.
Add the turkey
Add the tarragon
Stir together
Cook for about 40 minutes - stir a couple of times to make sure it isn't sticking.
I also put a tiny drizzle of olive oil on bottom of the dish to be sure it didn't stick.
Right before serving add the pepper and the cheddar cheese.
