Homemade Smores Cookies

Easy smores cookies that can be made indoors even in the winter months when you can't get to a campfire.

  • 1 bag Large white marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips milk chocolate
  • 30 individual wafer cookies


  • Turn oven on to 350 C
    Cut the marshmallows in half for best results
  • Set bottom wafers out in rows
  • Add the marshmallows to each wafer
    Set some chocolate chips on each marshmallow
  • Add the wafer tops to make these look like tiny sandwiches.
  • If the wafers slip and slide off the top carefully remove the cookies sheet full of individual cookies after chocolate melts a bit and press down and hold each for a few moments until the gooey mess starts to stick together.
  • Remove from heat after 5 to 10 minutes. Timing depends on how well the top cookie wafer sticks. You might need to remove them and press down on tops then reinsert into oven at five minute mark so timing may take longer as a result.
