Cookie Base
- 3/4 cup unsalted cream butter softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Chocolate Brownie Layer
- 3/4 cup unsalted sweet cream butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Hershey cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup flour
Cookie Dough Frosting Layer
- 1 cup unsalted sweet cream butter softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line parchment paper into the 9x13 baking dish
