Caramel Cookie Dough Pizza

- 1 bag mini white marshmallows
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Mix baking powder, flour and egg together (Mix it all together and then knead or flatten out onto a pizza or cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.)
For topping: 1/4 cup butter, 2 tbsps of granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 tbsp of milk, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, 1/8 tsp of salt, 3/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or skor toffee bits or white vanilla chips, 1/3 cup caramel sauce..Layer caramel sauce on the crust, then sprinkle the white chocolate or other chocolate chips.
Mix the flour, butter, both sugars, milk and salt plus vanilla. (this becomes the cookie dough bits) Roll it into balls and drop onto the caramel and crust. We tossed marshmallows on because the kids wanted to do that. Then drizzle caramel sauce on top again.
