How to Make Easy and Healthy Kale Chips

- 1 batch of kale
- A Tablespoon of olive oil
- Dash of sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Wash batch of kale and thoroughly dry. Pat with paper towel.
Remove stems from kale
Rip kale into bite sized pieces.
In a large bowl combine kale, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly with hands of necessary to be sure all kale is coated with olive oil.
Spread out on cookie sheets.
Bake for ten minutes, flip the kale at the halfway mark to be sure it's not stuck to the cookie sheet.
