How to Make Easy and Healthy Kale Chips

  • 1 batch of kale
  • A Tablespoon of olive oil
  • Dash of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper


  • Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Wash batch of kale and thoroughly dry. Pat with paper towel.
  • Remove stems from kale
  • Rip kale into bite sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl combine kale, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly with hands of necessary to be sure all kale is coated with olive oil.
  • Spread out on cookie sheets.
  • Bake for ten minutes, flip the kale at the halfway mark to be sure it's not stuck to the cookie sheet.
  • Serve and ENJOY!
