Stuffed Peppers with Rice and Ground Beef

Ingredients
  

  • 4 peppers
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 can pasta sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut tops of peppers off and remove the seeds
  • Dice one onion.
  • Brown the beef
  • Add grated garlic, soya sauce, pepper, chili pepper and also worcestershire sauce. Sautee.
    Boil peppers and drain
  • Boil water and cook the rice or use instant rice.
  • Add spaghetti sauce and soya sauce to the beef.
    Fold the rice into the sauce.
  • In a big deep covered casserole dish drop a large scoop of meat mixture onto bottom of the dish.
  • Place all four hollowed and cooked peppers on top of the thin layer of meat mixture.
  • Scoop the meat/ rice mixture into each pepper. Pour excess on the top of peppers. Do not waste any.
  • Bake in the covered casserole dish for an hour. Scoop out, plate and serve.
