Stuffed Peppers with Rice and Ground Beef

- 4 peppers
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 can pasta sauce
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili pepper
Cut tops of peppers off and remove the seeds
Dice one onion.
Brown the beef
Add grated garlic, soya sauce, pepper, chili pepper and also worcestershire sauce. Sautee.Boil peppers and drain Boil water and cook the rice or use instant rice.
Add spaghetti sauce and soya sauce to the beef.Fold the rice into the sauce. In a big deep covered casserole dish drop a large scoop of meat mixture onto bottom of the dish.
Place all four hollowed and cooked peppers on top of the thin layer of meat mixture.
Scoop the meat/ rice mixture into each pepper. Pour excess on the top of peppers. Do not waste any.
Bake in the covered casserole dish for an hour. Scoop out, plate and serve.
