Remember that tasty candied popcorn you used to have as a kid? Now imagine a grownup sophisticated version of that. That’s exactly what Werther’s Caramel popcorn is.
There are a few flavours I can’t resist. Caramel anything tops the list. My kids, my family, my friends _ all love and go nuts for popcorn. Put them together and magic happens. I was a wee bit skeptical that Werther’s Original creamy rich caramel taste would combine well with popcorn. But it does. Amazingly well. This movie will have you viewing ability and disability in an entirely new light. See my daughter up there in the photo collage? She has invisible special needs and she thrives on great inspirational stories like A Dolphin Tale and Soul Surfer. We had both been hunting for Soul Surfer the movie on Rogers On Demand for months. No joke. So when this movie arrived we couldn’t wait. We watched it well before the party. We had a private girl’s night party (just me and my daughters) and we loved the show and sampled the delicious popcorn that night before having everyone over for a viewing party the next day. My Mommy party started with the personalized tickets you see here and some coupons for everyone. Popcorn samples were plentiful during the movie and I handed out the rest after the show. The grownups enjoyed the movie and took some time to slow down and enjoy a fun viewing party together.
Over the last two weeks we watched Soul Surfer again. And again, and again. There is a shark attack here so use some judgement. This is not a show for kids learning to swim. We took our Werther’s Caramel popcorn with us for Thanksgiving also. It was a huge hit before dinner and well into the next day. Everyone was surprised how rich the taste was.
