Preheat over to 350
Grease a square baking pan.
Melt 1/4 cup of Gay Lea Butter
Add two eggs
teaspoon of vanilla
/4 cup of white sugar
Mix together.
Add 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
/4 teaspoon of salt
/4 teaspoon of baking powder
tablespoons of sour cream
Stir
Bake for 25 minutes.
In a separate bowl combine 4 tablespoons of icing sugar and 3 tablespoons of melted Gay Lea unsalted butter. Add a pinch of vanilla again. (1/4 teaspoon) and 1 teaspoon of water and 1 tablespoon of cocoa. Stir together until it is completely smooth. Add to the brownies and serve.
When brownies are cool add the frosting.
