Goat Milk Triple Berry Smoothies for Back to School #BornOnTheFarm

EASY before or after school smoothies with Hewitt's Goat Milk and a whole mess of healthy berries.

Ingredients
  

  • One frozen or fresh banana
  • One half cup of plain yogurt or Nordica Smooth cottage cheese.
  • One half cup of Hewitt's 3. 8 % Goat Milk
  • 5 Strawberries
  • 10 Blueberries
  • 8 -10 pitted cherries

Method
 

  1. Peel the banana and break into pieces so the blender will blend easily.
  2. Pit the cherries and add to the blender
  3. Clean and wash all fruit of course and remove stems then add the rest of the berries to the blender
  4. Add your choice of yogurt or you can add Nordica smooth cottage cheese.
  5. Add the Hewitt's Goat Milk
  6. BLEND and serve
