Method
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Wash batch of kale and thoroughly dry. Pat with paper towel.
- Remove stems from kale
- Rip kale into bite sized pieces.
- In a large bowl combine kale, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly with hands of necessary to be sure all kale is coated with olive oil.
- Spread out on cookie sheets.
- Bake for ten minutes, flip the kale at the halfway mark to be sure it's not stuck to the cookie sheet.
- Serve and ENJOY!
