- Cut tops of peppers off and remove the seeds
- Dice one onion.
- Brown the beef
- Add grated garlic, soya sauce, pepper, chili pepper and also worcestershire sauce. Sautee.Boil peppers and drain
- Boil water and cook the rice or use instant rice.
- Add spaghetti sauce and soya sauce to the beef.Fold the rice into the sauce.
- In a big deep covered casserole dish drop a large scoop of meat mixture onto bottom of the dish.
- Place all four hollowed and cooked peppers on top of the thin layer of meat mixture.
- Scoop the meat/ rice mixture into each pepper. Pour excess on the top of peppers. Do not waste any.
- Bake in the covered casserole dish for an hour. Scoop out, plate and serve.
