Cooking With Kids #HappyValentinesDay Easy Pops
I spied this one awhile ago on Alexandria Durrell’s Facebook page as a picture and thought it was perfect for Valentine’s Day here. Quick, simple to make and tasty too. She has some amazing treats on her blog today and they are much prettier than mine.
If you don’t know Alexandria @clippo you should, she’s pretty amazing. Her posts on adoption are some of my favourites.
This is her Valentine’s Day roundup of simple treats for kids.
Anyways these are mine. Or were mine. They were well received and now all gone.
Here is the low down on how to do this one.
1 Bag of marshmallows.
I bag of those little sucker sticks.
1 can of whipped icing -vanilla
red food colouring (i Know I know, but it’s Valentine’s Day and you only use a pinch)
Some heart sprinkles.
Take the marshmallows and dab some icing on them.
Add sprinkles and put a stick in the middle.
So simple a kid could do it.

What a fun treat for Valentine’s Day! I would love to melt chocolate and dip them in first!
