NeoCell Cosmetics: Hydrating Skin Care for Women
I have dry skin. It takes a beating throughout the winter months and, in the summer too. So when I get a product here that works to hydrate I get a wee bit giddy. These gorgeous NeoCell Cosmetic products arrived recently and I honestly thought them too pretty to use for a bit. Thankfully I got over it fast. The Refreshing Herbal Mist was the first item that grabbed my attention. What a great idea and a useful women’s skin care product. Frankly this will be used a lot. I love its size and it’s perfect for the purse or flight bag. Saving this baby for my next trip. Umm…Blogher 12, perhaps?
The other two women’s skin care products provided to me were: the Collagen Radiance Serum and the Hyaluronic acid serum. Both seemed to work well in combination for my dry skin. The mister was a perfect refresher on those deadly hot days we had there a couple of weeks ago. Now, I scoured the Internet for more details on hyaluronic acid, because although it sounded familiar I really couldn’t place it. Here’s what I came up with:
Hyaluronic acid is a popular internal supplement right now. It works as a humectant, so it hydrates and has anti-aging effects. Hyaluronic acid carries several times its weight in water. It is found everywhere in the body. Water is very attracted to hyaluronic acid. In essence it attracts water from the air to our skin, hydrating it. The HA has been shown to bring fresh cells to the surface to reveal youthful skin. So although it is called an acid, the effects are quite gentle and hydrating.
Collagen is what our skin is primarily made of, but as we age and the sun degrades skin, the look and feel of our skin deteriorates also. The goal of most skin revjuvenation techniques is to rejuvenate collagen or stimulate more collagen growth. Collagen is a protein.
Collagen Radiance Serum: 1 oz. An antioxidant with vitamin C and E. This reminds me of other products I have used with these vitamins in them as active ingredients. It is a time release serum and it is paraben free.Enhances firmness, elasticity and moisture.
Hyaluronic Acid Serum: 1 oz. Skin plumping contains vitamin E also and is unlike any other product I have used. It goes on thin as a serum should I suppose and then seems to quickly change the texture of skin to look smoother as it hydrates as well. I noticed this combination working quickly.
Refreshing Herbal Mist 1 oz. Contains ingredients such as water, aloe leaf juice, rosemary and has a lovely hit of collagen plus a hint of refreshing natural scent that gives you and your skin a quick pick up. Reduces dryness and reportedly adds a healthy glow.

NeoCell is available at Costco and Sam’s Club. It is also available on line at several spots where cosmetics are sold. The Herbal Mist can be bought for under $10. Great price too. The HA product appears to be the most expensive at about $29.00, however, as noted I saw fast results.
I give this product $$$$$ out of $$$$$ because it worked well, seemed to be quite natural. I liked the packaging and the company philosophy of beauty first from inside out. NeoCell Refreshing Herbal Mist is a great addition to my beauty tool kit. I will use this every time I travel and during the summer months as well.
Disclosure: I received no compensation for this review, but received product to help facilitate. My opinion is all my own.

Very cool. I had not heard about this acid before. My family all suffers from dry skin so I will have to look into this. Thank you for sharing.
I have been hearing more and more about this line lately. I like the fact it has HA in it. I have very dry skin and sure could use something more hydrating than the product I use now. Thank you for your review. I will check it out the next time I go to Costco.

hello :). This hyaluronic acid serum looks very interesting, I know I was looking at it on iHerb, but I changed my mind about purchase it. I don` even remember why, it must have been the fragrance, because I have got a very sensitive skin.
