I have a weakness for sweets but more than that cookies. Cookies are my soft spot. Iced cookies? Well, those are a little bit of sunshine in a perfect little bundle. Don’t you agree? What’s your favourite type of cookie? Mine are similar to these right here – iced and sweet and soft cookies. Yum! Swig cookies are pretty famous but you can make your own now with this copycat variation on a traditional cookie. I have been baking for much of my life. As a child I loved to help bake with my Mom and my Grandma too. And, as a teenager I really enjoyed crafting and sewing, reading and cooking up something random. Betty Crocker’s cookbook and I were well acquainted. In fact, I still make a scrumptious jelly roll.
