Five Perfectly Sweet Valentine Desserts
Those of you who hang out here often enough know that I have a wicked sweet tooth that I am trying to wrestle under control this year. That is a challenge and a half for me. I love all sweet treats even more than I loved salty items. Remember how I ditched salt and have been trimming my sodium intake for well over one year now? That was in the interest of my blood pressure and keeping my heart healthy. I feel like sweet treats occasionally are okay so long as you don’t go too crazy with them.
In my opinion Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to share a sweet treat or two. I mean if you can’t share something sweet with a loved one on Valentine’s Day then when can you?
To that end here are five sweet Valentine’s Desserts for you to share. Happy Valentine’s Day!
