Simply Scrumptious Apple Cinnamon Muffins #GayLeaMom #Giveaway
I have been looking at Gay Lea Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Spreadables for a long time wondering what I could use it on, or in. Then last weekend I really had a craving for some muffins, so I decided I would whip up a muffin recipe using the Gay Lea Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Spreadables. What I ended up with was entirely scrumptious so I thought I would share.
This Apple Cinnamon Muffin Recipe is pretty simply to make and what I love about it most is that the Gay Lea Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Spreadables product gives it a little bit more flavour and a unique taste. Plus this Spreadables product simplifies the entire process. So I intended to build a muffin recipe with something like a streusel layer. However, I quickly realized this product has most of the qualities and ingredients and flavours for streusel so it saved me a few steps. That is a welcome thing almost any day.
These apple cinnamon muffins are just the right amount of sweet for a quick snack break. Of course if you want even more sweetness you can also add a bit of Gay Lea Cinnamon and Brown Sugar to the muffins, when you slice them open steaming hot from the oven. MMMM. Good. That may, or may not, be what we did. 😉 Don’t forget to enter to win a brunch kit below!

I love using Gay Lea stick butter for easy portioning of butter for toast, etc. Also great for recipes that require a quarter of a pound of butter.
