Chocolate Free Playmobil Advent Calendars
We have enjoyed sharing advent calendars with the kids, from the time they were very small. But candy and chocolate advent calendars haven’t always appealed to me as a parent. I am pretty sure I once wrote about the time my daughter found her advent calendar gift from Grandma and ate the entire thing in 10 minutes. With Playmobil Advent Calendars you don’t have to worry about that.
Playmobil makes some incredibly high quality toys. Their Playmobil Advent Calendars are every bit as amazing and unique as their toy sets. There are several options, from Christmas on The Farm to Christmas in the Forest and a Princessy Dress Up calendar too. Once, a few years ago we had a pirate Treasure Island kind of Playmobil Advent Calendar and the girls LOVED it. Every single day revealed a new Playmobil toy.
Playmobil Advent Calendars are fun and worthwhile and fulfilling to do as a family. Most of the current Playmobil Advent Calendars available in stores and on line are for ages 4 and up.
We have a really adorable one here too called the 1.2.3. Advent Christmas Calendar in The Forest. This one is a winter scene with Santa and several woodland animals and it is only 27 pieces recommended for ages 1 1/2 and up. There are 24 surprises in the Christmas Calendar in the Forest. My kids are older so I am less concerned about the age limits of the calendars, but I recommend paying attention to the print on the packages so you know for certain that none of the pieces are too small, if your children are little ones.
I love choosing Playmobil Advent Calendars because I can opt for one that matches my child’s personality and interests. One of my girls dreams of being a police officer or firefighter, so she enjoys the city life series from Playmobil. This year she received the Fire Rescue Operation Building Set. We couldn’t wait to see what was inside this advent calendar and had to share with you too. Plus we needed something for the pictures, right?

Playmobil Advent Calendars make me as happy as they make the kids. Each variation of these festive holiday calendars will help build the excitement of the holidays. Sometimes, these are great to help teach sharing too. When my daughters were small they shared one of the more expensive Playmobil Advent Calendars and they had to take turns opening a door or window each day. That worked quite well that year and they kept the Treasure Island playset afterwards and enjoyed many hours of creative play.
Playmobil has something for everyone and the advent calendars are a lot of fun for every member of your family.

I absolutely love the fact these can be individualized for each child’s personality. I also like that there is opportunity for so much interaction. Chocolate isn’t for everyone.

Playmobil is such a great brand. I love this advent calendar without candy. My daughter has teeth that are susceptible to cavities so I prefer to use as little candy as possible.
