Remember that old comedy skit: it’s better to look good than to feel good. Well, that’s me a lot of days. I mean don’t get me wrong I work very hard to stay fit and feel good. I try to eat well and exercise and so forth. But even when I feel under the weather I try to look good. There’s something about washing your face and dressing up and getting a good haircut, or blow out that makes every thing better. It build confidence.
Not unlike Scunci Hair products. I am in fact a huge fan of Scunci. We have daughters, as you are well aware by now – two of them and we all use hair elastics, headbands and lovely little barrettes regularly. In fact I have a bathroom vanity drawer filled with these, my daughter has a desk drawer filled with similar girly options and there is a small bowl overflowing with Scunci in the bathroom too.
This year I connected with Scunci as a brand again while at Blogher. They have been there both years now. This fall Scunci has several charming and fashionable lines of hair products to dress up any outfit. Whether your fashion inspiration comes from TV shows like Gossip Girl, real life heroic athletic heroes like Tessa Virtue, or trendy animal fabrics you might see on reality TV hosts like Christina Aguilera or Shakira, there’s a style for everyone.
I received a package of the Trendy Tresses line. It included this lovely glam Scunci jeweled headband, a six strand fabric and beaded headwrap and some Boho wide loose knit striped Headwraps. Love the colours on these.
Luxury Trendy Tresses Line
The Sporty Strands have no slip grips and the waistband headbands are great for active women or girls. They are available at drug stores and many other spots where hair products are sold and start at $5.49.
Animal Accents are $2.99 to $3.99 and consist of an animal print interlock headwrap and a knotted animal print headband. A little bit of edge when added to a plain outfit this season. The Luminous Locks line is bold and colourful. Scunci makes fun, good quality, fashionable hair accessories. These are a lovely addition to my small hair accessory addiction.
