Rocky’s Reels – Helping Us Take Better Care of Our Pool

    August 24, 2017 /

Rocky’s Reels is helping us take care of our pool with our new easy to use pool reel. Solar Cover Tips – Keep Your Pool Clean and Toasty

    June 19, 2017 /

Solar cover tips can help you keep your pool warm, clean and efficient. The “tips” part is important. You can’t just go out and snag a solar cover. Well, you can, but you’ll be flying blind. Which means you won’t get as much effect as you would if you knew exactly how to use it. We recently had to get another solar cover. Our last one fell apart in September and we needed a new one to replace it. Thanks to the folks at Pool Supplies Canada, we have a great clean solar cover to keep our pool clean and warm. The following solar cover tips will help you get the most…

    Beach and Pool Checklist Printable

    June 11, 2015 /

Heading to the beach this summer? Then you need this Beach and Pool Checklist printable. Stay organized and make the best of your beach time. That’s important when your sunny days are limited. Victoria Day weekend has passed in Canada and Memorial Day in the US just passed and I am giddy! Giddy I tell you. Winter was a fickle season and it basically aged me about ten years so I am looking forward to summer stripping away about 15 years. That’s how it works, right? Right? Of course it does. Give me something to hang onto here would you? Anyways, as you might recall I am a beach-loving pool…

The Best Seat in the Pool – SwimWays Spring Float

    June 30, 2014 /

You might have heard – we bought a new house with a pool a few months ago. This is our first summer enjoying our pool and we are still on a learning curve. We have a few pool toys, such as the usual pool noodles and inflatable rafts, but we didn’t have any super pool recliners until this week when SwimWays sent a Spring Float pool float for us to test out. The Canada Day weekend weather has been perfect and we unpackaged the Spring Float recliner chair so we could throw our first ever pool party here. Now, the SwimWays Spring Float clearly says that it is to be…
