I am the Mom of girls. I am more than familiar with dolls and brands of dolls and all their glorious accessories. From pretty much the moment my girls could speak, they were asking for dolls. Dolls for Christmas presents and dolls for birthdays too. This year there may be a couple of dolls on the Christmas lists too. Not saying which ones because my kids sometimes read this blog. Anyways, over the years I have formed some opinions on the dolls that are trendy and the dolls that are timeless too. Barbie never gets old. She is pretty much always a hit. Monster High is on almost every little girl’s list that I know of this year. I have all boys, so I am completely out of the doll loop. i used to love Barbie when I was little, though.
I have two daughters who would love any of these! I know they make wonderful gifts too. I did get some Barbies for my daughters this year for Christmas. I usually do every year.
I wanted to get the larger version of the Doc. McStuffins mobile for my daughter but it is sold out everywhere, and the price is almost double online!

I find that girls are so much easier to buy for. However, I have FOUR nephews! Lol.
I love the doll list! My girls are grown now, but believe me, I knew all the dolls when mine were little. I think we always had a running list of favorites.

My youngest isn’t quite at the doll age yet, but I’m sure we’ll be there soon enough. I loved Barbies as a kid.

OMG barbies! Frozen! Love most of them. They’re definitely popular. Almost every girls love them!!
I have a boy, so this year’s gifts will mainly be board games and NERF.
This almost makes me wish I was still a doll collector (i.e. mostly Barbies), alas I ran out of space, not to mention how costly doll collecting can be! However, I know that my daughter would love those My Little Pony Dolls.

Anything Disney and My Little Pony is popular with my daughter. We decided to go with more grown up presents for her this year though since she already has so many toys.

You know I was never really into dolls as a kid but i’m hoping my girl will be. They have so many cool things out like this.
