The last time I set foot in a courthouse it was for Happy Court. The term we use to describe the day when you finalize your child’s adoption. Well beautiful people it is Thursday and you know that means I am cooking with my kids in the kitchen. So what is on the agenda this week? Lemon Meringue Pie.
