Bourjois Cosmetics Eyeliner Review

Bourjois Clubbing Eyeliner

I adore liquid eyeliner. But let’s face it there are some very big problems with some of the brands out there. Several I have used go on too thick. Some chunk and flake off halfway through the day. Others are difficult to wash away at the end of the evening. And a couple of the cheaper brands I have tried just look wrong, like they are trying too hard. So I was a bit skeptical when I heard of this one from Bourjois. Last year at Shes Connected I was given one to try in my swag bag and although it took me a while to get around to doing so, I wanted to let others know about this product. I like it. I like it a lot. It’s a bit pricier than some brands, but as I have already stated cheap isn’t always good when it comes to cosmetics. This clubbing eyeliner goes on fine. The brush is daintier than many I have tried. I like that a lot. It means there is less likelihood of mistakes and if there are any then they can be easily fixed. It stays on all day and looks nice. Not hideously overapplied or nightclub dramatic, just pretty. It lends a nice touch to the eye and finishes the look off well. It stays on all day and comes off well at night. Also it remains longer on the eye than the pencil eyeliners I have been using for the last couple of years. Bourjois is a French company and this product is featured at Shoppers Drug Mart. At $20 a tube, you will want to keep it to yourself. You don’t really want your daughters sneaking it and using it on their dolls, or each other, as has happened here. This is a splurge that I can justify, on occasion, like my Mac lipstick. Quality products are sometimes worth a bit extra.

Thriftymommastips rating of this product is $$$$ out of $$$$$.

I received this Bourjois clubbing eyeliner for free while at ShesConnected. This blog, and all of my reviews, are my honest opinion.
