Today my son and I got to take a couple of our friends to see Disney Live! Mickey’s Music Festival at Budweiser Gardens and it was a fantastic show! We had floor seats and I am telling you they are well worth the extra cost.
The energy in this show is infectious. From start to finish you couldn’t help but get involved by singing, clapping or dancing in the aisles. Both the boys participated and I can tell you they loved every moment of the experience. The boys really perked up when Bullseye from Toy Story showed up and was joined by Woody, Jessie, and Buzz Lightyear. The highlight of the show was when the meteors were thrown into the audience.
I myself couldn’t help but sing along to all the songs because of course they featured two of my favourite Disney movies, The Little Mermaid and Aladdin. They even managed to incorporate some non-Disney songs into the show when Ariel’s sisters came on stage and started singing “All the Single Ladies”.  All in all, it was a great afternoon of fun for me and my son and I’m glad we were able to share it with some friends as well.
Disney Live is just right for the preschool set. Mickey and Minnie visit Donald and Goofy, Ariel, Sebastian and Ursula, as well as Aladdin and Jasmine on this musical adventure. The show itself lasts about 90 minutes. There are more than 25 Disney stars in total entertaining the audience in this jam packed show of singing, dancing guitar playing Disney characters your children will love. Disney hits are remixed here in hip hop, reggae, pop, country, swing and rock style.
Thanks to Disney and Feld entertainment for providing the tickets.
