Mother’s Day Gift Guide
Dear Husband:
While there is nothing I love more than handcrafted cards from the kids and their scary threats of breakfast in bed (who is that a present for exactly when it ends up all over the floor?) ummm this year I am hoping you might take a second to peruse the excellent Mother’s Day Gift Guide and Giveaway provided by me, thriftymomma, and the excellent team at Mom Central. See’s Candies are delightful. L’Occitane’s Experience Vivabox is revolutionizing gift card giving. Spa Day anyone? And the Shark Cordless vaccuum can be purchased or won in the giveaway.
Thanks and kiss kiss,
Your loving wife.
(By the way I know I am not your mother but frankly the kids need a wee bit of help here 🙂

What could be simpler?
BTW: I wrote this review while participating in a blog campaign by Mom Central. Mom Central entered my name in a random drawing to win a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate. http://www.momcentral.com/

I loved this and even showed it to the husband, but he didn’t get it! How is it we’re expected to make both Mother’s Day and Father’s Day spectacular?

I don’t know Lee-Ann. Mine finally gets it (kids almost 9 and six)but then this year when he took them both out to shop I went oh don’t spend too much money and they listened. Good, I guess, even though other half of me thinks diamonds are lovely!
