Smoothie bowls, just like smoothies, can pack a powerful punch. But these healthy nutritious meals and snacks also tend to look really beautiful. Sometimes regular smoothies are not that appealing to the eye and palate. Everyone knows you eat with your eyes. At least in part. Taste buds matter too.

We make smoothies for breakfast/ dinner about 4 times a week. Definitely going to try the Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl. Yum!

I like my smoothies and these do look good, but this is something that just does not interest me at all, I think I would rather drink my smoothie and not eat it!
