Cooking With Kids EASY Fudge Recipe

Three simple ingredients.

I have been super excited to get my hands on a recipe that is simple and easy to make but also turns out to be a delicious fudge.

Fudge can be a hard one to make. It is temperamental at times. The wrong temperature for setting it seems like a big issue sometimes.

Butter
Condensed milk
Brown sugar

1/2 lb of butter
2 cups of brown sugar
1can condensed milk.
Put it all in a microwaveable bowl and microwave, so butter melts. Stirring in between.
Then blend with the blender on medium for several minutes.
Place the mixture in a cake pan. Parchment paper or wax paper liner helps.
Chill for a few hours.
Yummy.

We sprinkled Skor bits on top for fun. And yes, indeed, it was just as good as it looks.

  1. Can I tell you that I have never been able to successfully make fudge…or Jello for that matter!? LOL! I’m pretty good in the kitchen, but suck at those two things. Can’t get them to “set”.
