ADHD books for Parents can come in handy, especially at the start of your journey when trying to gather resources and facts. Parenting a child with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) can be extremely challenging. As a parent of two girls who are opposites with these symptoms – one hyperactive and one inattentive, I often need to remind myself to find my calm side and approach parenting from that starting point. But, my one girl did not do well. Her processing speed is slower due to a few things such as FASD (fetal alcohol spectrum disorder) and ADHD symptoms of hyperactivity and so she struggled decoding language and making it work. She has several diagnoses and school can be harder for her than it is for some other kids. So instead of literally and figuratively beating…

They will want some enjoyable alternatives at home. That’s why I look for educational reads that are fun when I buy books. Also, honestly it’s never too soon to start planning for holiday gifts either. I recently got…

Things like who is in my family and how old am I are very important, especially when starting preschool or kindergarten. This Sports All About Me Book is intended to help. With my kids sometimes when they are struggling I ask them – “Hey who is on your team? ” “Mom is.” And then they list the people on their team. Sometimes it’s grudgingly, but often by the end of…

Basically if you are asking, then pretty much the answer is always get a Valentine’s gift, or even Valentine’s Day gifts. Now, it doesn’t necessarily have to be huge or expensive, but you should cover all bases and be sure that your loved one is not disappointed or upset if you ignore the day altogether. But chocolate and candy are so overdone. I mean honestly a box of chocolates, while…
