Easy Christmas I Spy Game for Preschoolers
Bring on all the Christmas Word Games. We love them. True story. I printed out a couple of these for my youngest daughter yesterday. Maybe not this one, but the Christmas crossword and the Christmas word scrambler.
She loves those kinds of word games.
Counting Plus Sorting
This Christmas I Spy game is a little bit different in that it is more about math and counting and numeracy. That would definitely not appeal to a few of the kids that I know, but even so, it is important to start learning these concepts and to keep it fun at the same time.
Also here’s the thing. At that age, you can easily package up anything and sell it if it is sold properly. Let’s Count the Christmas trees in a Christmas I Spy Game is way more fun than let’s do math right now.
I Spy games are also an excellent tool for encouraging visual search skills. This one uses images instead of words, so even if the kids are very small and can’t yet read, they will enjoy doing this cute Christmas I Spy game.
